The bathroom floor is heated. Tenants are responsible for all their own utilities, gas, electric, water, sewer, and garbage. The tenant is responsible for the maintenance of the lawn. There are appliances in the rental, they include Stove, Refrigerator, Washer, and Dryer. The laundry is in the basement. There are two sheds on the property, but only one is included in the rental. The one on the south side (right, as you look at the back) of the yard will be for tenant use. Credit applications are required for any adult that wishes to apply. The cost is 35 per person.
