One could be a dining room, or family room if desired. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Home has plenty of storage, whether that be with closet space, shelving, or the basement offers good storage. Tenant needs to supply refrigerator and their own washer and dryer. Credit applications required by all adult interest. Cost is $35 per adult. This is a single family home, not multiple families. There is a 2 car detached garage that is included in the rental. Home heated by propane, there will a proration determined based on move in, etc. Prefer no pets, but owner will consider them, but a pet fee will be added, decision is at owner's discretion. Tenant has to mow within the U-shaped yard, farmer/owner will take care of remaining. Stove is currently there, but owner does not replace. Water softner owned, tenant is responsible for keeping salt in the equipment and using regularly. There is no C/A, tenants can bring their own. Again, serious and responsible tenants only.
